Studio Policies
A few things to know before you visit, so your time with us runs as smoothly as possible.
Arrival times
We welcome you to Clear Mind Studio 15 minutes prior to your treatment, allowing you time to relax and complete any waiver or paperwork for your appointment.
Arriving late for a service may shorten the length of your booked session time, so as not to inconvenience other customers. You'll still be responsible for the payment of any applicable fees for the booked service.
First-time clients will be asked to complete a short medical history form.
Liability waiver
A digital waiver will be sent to you via text and email before your first visit. Please take a moment to fill it in before you arrive — it covers your safety, health, and consent for treatment.
Age policy
Clear Mind Studio is an adults-only wellness space. All services — floats, infrared sauna, ice bath, Finnish sauna and massage — are for clients aged 16 and over.
- 18 and over can book and attend independently.
- 16 and 17 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who attends the session with them and signs the waiver in person.
- Children under 16 are not permitted in any service room or treatment area at any time, and cannot be left unattended in reception or the lounge during an adult's appointment.
Physical readiness
Clear Mind Studio reserves the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance, or present in a state that would cause risk to themselves or others.
If you have any medical concerns about a service, please check with your doctor — or speak to one of our team — before booking.
Memberships
The Clear Mind Journey Membership can be terminated at any time, but you will be required to complete the remaining payments left on your contract. Failure to use credits during your contract period will result in them being made void.
Unless terminated, direct debits continue until further notice. Membership credits cannot be used by nominated family or friends.
Payment information: Clear Mind Studio only retains payment information when authorised via an Ezidebit Direct Debit request form, which can only be filled out and signed in person. Once entered, the majority of the payment information is encrypted in your client profile.
Failed payments: When a scheduled membership payment declines, Ezidebit will automatically email you and reattempt the payment on each consecutive business day. Clear Mind Studio reserves the right to terminate a membership contract due to consecutive failed payments.
Cancellations
We operate with a 6-hour cancellation window. Full details are available in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. The gift card must be presented in order to be redeemed. Full gift card terms are available in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Policy changes
Clear Mind Studio reserves the right to amend these policies without prior notice. By using our website or services, you agree to any revised changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
