CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Appointments at Clear Mind Studio are reserved especially for you and require us to hold private rooms and schedule our team specifically for your session. To keep things as fair and flexible as possible, we operate with a short six-hour cancellation window — significantly shorter than many wellness studios.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least six (6) hours before your appointment time. Appointments cancelled within six hours of the scheduled start time will be treated as used.
For prepaid bookings, packages, memberships or gift cards, the session or value will be deducted. Bookings secured with a card on file will be charged the full service price. No-shows will be marked as used.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
Full refunds will be given if a cancellation is made with the correct notice (more than six hours before the appointment time).
Services already used or appointments missed without notice are not refundable.
MEMBERSHIPS
The Clear Mind Journey Membership can be terminated at any time, but you will be required to complete the remaining payments left on your contract. Failure to use credits during your contract period will result in them being made void. Unless terminated, direct debits continue until further notice. Membership credits cannot be used by nominated family or friends.
Failed Membership Payments: When a scheduled payment declines, our payment gateway Ezidebit will automatically notify you by email and reattempt the payment on each consecutive business day. Clear Mind Studio reserves the right to terminate a membership contract due to consecutive failed payments.
GIFT CARDS
E-Cards can be purchased online; physical cards can be purchased in store. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Gift cards entitle the holder to goods or services equal to the value stated (or remaining value after partial redemption) and include GST. They can be used online or in store. The gift card must be presented in order to be redeemed.
All service and product prices are subject to change. The price of the purchase is the advertised price on the day the gift card is redeemed. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the holder to pay the difference.
Clear Mind Studio is not responsible for sourcing the gift card number if you fail to present your gift card. Once a voucher or package has been partially redeemed, any remaining balance is considered to belong to the recipient who used the service, not automatically the original purchaser. Clear Mind Studio does not mediate disputes between private parties regarding ownership of services or vouchers. In special circumstances, Clear Mind Studio may approve a one-time transfer at management's discretion.
