A reset for your mind, too

Contrast therapy combines the heat of a traditional Finnish sauna with cold-water immersion. People use it for recovery after exercise, and for a mental reset when the day has left them wound up.

The warmth gives you time to settle. The cold brings your attention to what you’re feeling now. You don’t need to turn it into another test of how much you can handle.

Coming on your own? The room is still all yours.

Your Finnish sauna, ice bath and shower are all in the same private, locked room. You won’t be moving between shared facilities or taking turns with strangers.

You have 60 minutes of total room time, including changing and showering. Bring your swimwear; towels and shower products are supplied. Afterwards, take a seat in the tea lounge with complimentary herbal tea.

You don’t need to be used to the cold

Let our staff know it’s your first visit so they can help you get oriented. Take breaks and don’t push through feeling unwell. There’s nothing to prove in the cold.

Before you buy

Who can use this offer?: This is a new-client introductory offer. If you’ve visited Clear Mind Studio before, please check your eligibility with the studio before purchasing. Call (08) 6215 0465.
Am I booking an appointment when I pay?: No. You’re purchasing three prepaid sessions, not reserving an appointment. After purchase, choose your appointment times and book using your session credits. Check that your preferred studio and appointment times suit you before buying.
What if I need to change an appointment?: Please cancel or reschedule at least six hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled within six hours of the start time are treated as used, and the session is deducted from your prepaid sessions.
Can I share, transfer or refund the offer?: Please check the introductory offer’s sharing, transfer and refund conditions with the studio before purchasing. Don’t assume the terms for regular session packs apply to this offer.
Is contrast therapy suitable for me?: Heat and cold exposure are not suitable for everyone. Pregnancy, heart conditions and high or low blood pressure are among the reasons to seek medical advice before purchasing. This is not a complete list.
